Returns and refunds
Unopened products
Return any unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Request the return from your order page; we arrange the pickup.
Opened products
For safety reasons we cannot take back opened supplements, except when the product arrived damaged, leaking, past its date, or not as described.
Refund timing
Online payments are refunded to the original method within 5 to 7 working days of the return reaching us. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge until the order is packed. Paid orders are refunded in full automatically.
